This large five bed, four bath house on 1084sqm block, was an outdated product of the 80's.
The owner engaged us to create a contemporary and modern update of all the interiors with the house getting completely gutted to allow for a fresh start. The kitchen was relocated to one of the living areas instead of the enclosed room it was previously housed in, bathrooms & staircase were moved to create a better & more cohesive layout.
We used a palette of natural materials like super white marble and solid timber against the stone flooring on the ground level & blackbutt hardwood timber flooring on the first level to create an elegant & timeless design.
